Green Chutney


Ingredients
  • Green Corriander - 1 bunch
  • Green Chillies - as needed
  • Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - as needed
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as needed 
[The above mentioned proportions can be adjusted as needed for your taste]

Method
  • Grind all the above ingredients together.
  • It will be having the tastes like sweetness/sourness/spicy.
I did this as a side dish for the Dhokla...

Another variation of the same chutney can have a few pods of garlic and about 1/2 cup of thick curd added to it.
The chutney texture becomes thick when you add curd and the galic adds to the tang.
Of course you can also add a bunch of mint leaves (pudina) as well. Works for sandwitches.
:) Enjoy... I cant stop but dream about the tase...
