How are you? I am off blog these days..I am cooking but horrible dishes …
I like your getting into Rasgullas and Rasmalai..once you perfect Rasgullas , rasmalai is peanuts.
I like your idea of using 1 tsp corn flour ( custard powder), which my wife uses…some day try boiling 1 lit of milk and reduce it to 400 ml ( I mean half) and get a different taste…
Very nice indeed.
