Hi… The chickpeas was crispy as I kept stirring for each and every 5 minutes… And stayed food for 2 days as I stored in air tight container and within 2 days all finished.

I think if we do in larger quantity, and if crispness reduces, we can bake for another 4 or 5 min to make it crispier again. This is just a suggestion as I have done my chickpeas in less quantity. next time i will try with large quantity.

wow.. looks so good. I always buy that chana packet and use that as a snack when i drink wine at home. love it.
