<li>Vanilla Essence &#8211; 1/2 tsp</li>

<li>Sugar quantity can be adjusted to its need. As my banana is sweeter, the sugar quantity I mentioned above it enough for our taste buds.</li>
<li>Since my kids want the cake immediately, I made it to cool faster by placing the baking tray on a plate full of cold water. So it got cooled withing 5 min.&nbsp;</li>
