Though I miss the authentic taste of this recipe, but still I loved the fry very much. Also I have planned to prepare this recipe again with the kodumpuli. So If you have kodumpuli, then do try this recipe with that and enjoy the delicious fry.</div>

Make the slits in the fish as shown.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3335-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Add  the chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic and add the lemon juice. Mix well.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3335-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Add the salt and make a paste.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3335-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Rub the paste all over the fish and inside the slits too. Let it rest for 30 min atleast. In a frying pan, add the oil and start frying the fish on both the sides till nice brown colour.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3335-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">In the same fish fried oil, add the curry leaves and fry it. Add these curry leaves on top of the fish while serving, which enhances the flavor.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3335-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.</div></li></ul></div></div>
