Now we need to cook the vegetables. For this, in another vessel, add butter and olive oil.
Add the finely chopped garlic and fry it in medium flame for a minute.
Include the finely chopped onion and saute it nicely till it becomes translucent.
Further, include the finely chopped carrots and sweet corns. Carrot and corns are added first, as it may take time to cook.
Once the carrot and sweet corn are cooked 50%, add the bell peppers. Try to add different colors of bell peppers, as it looks colorful and attract the kids.
Now I have added the frozen peas.
Check if the veggies are mostly cooked. Now add the chilli flakes, required salt, italian herbs like oregano and mixed herbs and basil. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 min in low flame.
Include the prepared white sauce now. keep the flame low and cook it.
Mixture starts to thicken again. If the mixture becomes too thick, add 1/4 cup of milk. Now add the cooked pasta and mix well.
Add the mozzarella cheese and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.
So cheesy, tasty, creamy pasta is ready to be served.
