<p>This <strong>Healthy Nuts Milk</strong> is very healthy as we include the healthy nuts like, Almonds, cashews, walnuts and you can also add nuts of your choice like pista, hazelnuts etc. </p>



<p>Also instead of the white sugar, we add in the Organic country sugar or palm sugar, which makes this drink, even more healthier.</p>



<p>The <strong>Healthy Nuts milk</strong> is very good to increase the immunity, reduces the tiredness. It is very good for women and kids. Kids who are very lean, when they take this milk regularly, it helps them to put on the weight. Also we have added the walnuts in this, which helps in the brain development for the kids. </p>

Keep it aside.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4918-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">In a vessel, add the milk and start to boil in low flame.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4918-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">To this add a pinch of saffron, add the nuts paste by mixing it with little milk.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4918-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Also add a pinch or two pinch of turmeric powder and boil for 3 to 4 times.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-4918-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Switch off the stove and add the country sugar or palm sugar. <p>Switch off the stove and add the country sugar or palm sugar. If you want you can add white sugar also. But its not good to add here as we are making a healthy drink. so try to avoid the white sugar.</p>

<li>Almonds &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Fresh Milk &#8211; 3 cups + 1 cup</li>
<li>Icecubes</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; as per taste</li>
<li>Saffron for garnishing</li>

<p><b>Method</b><br />1. Wash and soak almonds in hot water for 1 hr. Remove the skin and keep aside.</p>

<p>2. Wash the Dates and remove the dates.</p>

<p>3. In food processor or mixer grinder, add the dates and almonds with 1 cup milk and grind to a smooth paste. If the paste is thick, add some more milk. Add in the ice cubes, sugar if needed and remaining fresh milk and give a stir.</p>

<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">In a wide pan, add the cocoa powder, Condensed milk and warm water and cook on simmer.</div>

<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Mix well so that no lumps found and a fine chocolate paste is formed.</div>

<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Allow it to cool.</div>
</li>

<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Meanwhile crush the jelly and keep it aside.</div>

<div align="center" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Now in the banana, pour the chocolate sauce, chopped dryfruits, chopped nuts, crushed jelly, honey and serve.</div>

<p><b>Ingredients</b></p>

<li>Almonds &#8211; 2 cups</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; 1 cup (Can be adjusted according to your taste)</li>
<li>Powdered sugar/Icing sugar &#8211; 3 to 5 tsp</li>
<li>Milk &#8211; 3/4th cup</li>
<li>Red Colour &#8211; 1 to 2 pinch</li>
<li>Green Colour &#8211; less than a pinch</li>
<li>Ghee &#8211; 2 to 3 tsp (as needed)</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Method</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Soak the almonds overnight or 2 hrs in hot water.</li>
<li>Peel the skin and grind in the blender to a smooth paste by adding milk.</li>
<li>In a wide pan, add the almond paste, sugar and stir well, so that water content evoporates.</li>
<li>When the paste becomes thick, add the red colour and before adding save a 2 to 3 tsp of paste to mix the green colour.</li>
<li>Let the paste cool down and after cooling, make into small ball shapes by adding ghee in your palm while rolling it.</li>
<li>Now roll over the balls on the powdered sugar. </li>
<li>Now with the green coloured paste, shape it into leaves or stem and arrange correctly on top of the balls.</li>
<li>Almond sweet is ready to be served.</li>

<p><b>Ingredients</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Almonds (Badam) &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Milk &#8211;&nbsp;4 cups</li>
<li>Sweetened Condensed Milk &#8211; 1 can</li>
<li>Saffron &#8211; few</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Method</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Soak the almonds overnight or in hot water for 2 hrs.</li>
<li>Remove the skin and grind it to a coarse paste.</li>
<li>In a big pan, add the milk and bring to boil.</li>
<li>Add some saffrons and boil the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.</li>
<li>Add the Almond paste and condensed milk.</li>
<li>Check for sugar and add some sugar if you need.</li>
<li>Stir continuously so that milk does not stick to bottom pan.</li>
<li>When it becomes somemore thicker, switch off the stove.</li>
<li>Allow to cool for sometime.</li>
<li>Pour it in a bowl and keep in freezer.</li>
<li>Garnish with saffron, nuts and choclate chips.</li>
<li>Serve it cool.</li>

<p><b>Ingredients</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Almond &#8211; 10 to 12</li>
<li>Carrot &#8211; 1</li>
<li>Cardamom powder &#8211; 3 pinch</li>
<li>Milk &#8211; 2 cup</li>
<li>Sugar &#8211; as needed</li>
</ul>

<div>&nbsp;<b>Method</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Soak the badam overnight or in hot water for 2 hrs.</li>
<li>Grate the carrots finely.</li>
<li>Grind both these to a fine paste.</li>
<li>In&nbsp;a pan add the paste, milk and sugar, cardamom powder.</li>
<li>When it starts boiling, switch off the stove.</li>
<li>Keep in fridge and serve it cool.</li>
</ul>

<li>Allow it to cool.</li>
<li>Garnish with saffron and almond flakes and serve chill.</li>
