<div>5. Add the finely chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves. Fry them till translucent. Add the tomatoes and saute them nicely.&nbsp;</div>

<div>6. Add half the tomato onion mixture to a food processor and grind to a paste. Add ginger garlic paste to the remaining onion tomato mixture and sauté till raw smell goes off. Now add the paste to this tomato onion mixture.</div>

<div>7. Allow to cook. If needed add very little water. Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. Mix them well.&nbsp;</div>

<div>10. Mix the eggs carefully so that it is not broken. Let it cook for another 3 to 4 min. Switch off the stove. Allow to rest for another 5 min.</p>
