<p>Today we will learn how to make <strong>masala pasta</strong> | <strong>Indian style Masala Pasta</strong> with an easy step by step pictorial instructions and the video. Pasta is an Italian Dish, but we Indian convert them to suit our taste with our culinary skills to make it more healthier and suitable for kids.That is how this masala pasta came.</p>
<p>I am not a big fan of pasta or macaroni recipes and I have cooked only this <a href="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/pasta-payasam-pasta-kheer/">pasta payasam</a> previously. But now a days my kids started asking to make different pasta recipes and I started preparing them.</p>

Filter and drain the water. Keep the cooked pasta aside.</div></li></ul></div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-group"><h4 class="wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold">To prepare Masala</h4><ul class="wprm-recipe-instructions"><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-0" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">In a pan add oil and when it is hot and mustard seeds and the urud dal.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Add the cumin seeds and fennel seeds and fry them for a minute do not over fry them.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Now add Onion and garlic and saute them nicely till the onions become translucent.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">add green chilies and the curry leaves and again saute them.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Now add the chopped tomatoes and sautè them nicely</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Add the mixed vegetables and saute then again. If you want add little oil and saute them so they get cooked nicely.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam Masala and mix well.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Also add cumin powder and the dried fenugreek Leaves ( kasoori methi ).</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Let the veggies gets cooked with the Masala.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-9" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Now add the cooked pasta and mix well for 5 to 7 minutes another pasta is also coated well with the Masala.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1978-step-1-10" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Now add the tomato sauce and mix well. <p>1. Instead of tomato, you can puree the tomatoes and add them.</p>
<p>2 . Adding Tomato sauce is optional but it&#8217;s gives great taste. If you want more spicy, you can add a tbsp of chilli sauce also.</p>
<p>3. You can also add a 1 tsp of sugar if don&#8217;t add tomato sauce. Adding sugar also gives a great taste.</p>
<p>4. Adding parmesan cheese gives a nice taste a s kids would love them.</p>
<p>5. Instead of Olive oil, you can also add butter to the veggies. But Olive oil is good for health and try to use them for pasta dishes.</p>
