Masala More (Masala Buttermilk)

  • Onion
  • Green chilli
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Cumin seeds
  • Fennel seeds
  • Salt
  • Butter milk


  • In the mixer, add onion, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and grind to a fine paste.
  • Mix this paste with the butter milk.
  • Using a filter, filter this butter milk and add required salt.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
