- Milk – 1.5 lts
- Sugar – as needed
- Custard powder – 1 tsp
- Paneer – 1 cup (grated)
- Saffron – for garnishing
- Take 1/4 cup of milk and mix the custard powder and keep aside.
- Boil the remaining milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
- Add the sugar and custard milk to the boiling milk and stir continuously.
- Add the grated paneer.
- Switch off the gas and allow to cool.
- Pour it to the kulfi cones and freeze it and serve cool garnishing with saffron.
