- Urud dhall – 1 cup
- Red Chillies – 3
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Pepper – 1 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Dry fry the Urud dhall, Red Chillies, Pepper separately in medium flame.
- Transfer to mixer grinder/food processor adding salt and asafoetida.
- Grind till they become nice powder.
- Store in a air tight container for future use.
- Can be mixed with rice and ghee and it tastes heavenly.
