<p>2. In another small bowl, add yogurt/curd, oil and vanilla essence and mix well. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well with a spatula. Do not use blender or hand mixer. Allow to rest for 5 min.</p>

<p>5. Mix it slightly. Place a butter paper in the cake pan and pour the mixture in the convection oven for 40 to 50 min. After 40 min, insert a with a small stick and check whether it comes out clean. If it is clean, switch off the oven and remove the pan and let it cool down. </p>

<p><b>Method</b></p>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Mix the flour and ghee.</li>
<li>Then add all the other ingredients except milk and mix well.</li>
<li>Now add milk little by little till you get a smooth dough consistency.</li>
<li>Now roll the dough as you do for a chappathi to a 1/4 inch thickness.</li>
<li>Cut the dough to desired shapes and arrange it in a baking tray.</li>
<li>Place the dough to the preheated oven to 180 deg C.</li>
<li>Bake it for 15 min and check whether the sides have becomes slight brown. If so, then remove from oven, cool down.</li>
<li>The crispy khara/masala biscuits are ready and have it immediately or store in an air tight container.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Ingredients</b></p>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>All Purpose flour/Maida &#8211; 3/4 cup</li>
<li>Custard Powder &#8211; 3/4 cup</li>
<li>Corn Flour &#8211; 4 tsp</li>
<li>Butter &#8211; 1/2 cup</li>
<li>Powdered Sugar &#8211; 1/2 cup</li>
<li>Curd &#8211; 3 tsp</li>
<li>Vanilla Essence &#8211; 1 full cap of essence bottle</li>
<li>Jam &#8211; any kind ( i used pineapple and Strawberry)</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Method</b></p>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Beat the butter and powdered sugar untill fluffy.</li>
<li>To this, add the flour, custard powder, corn flour and curd and make it to a dough.</li>
<li>Spread on a flat bottomed surface and using a rolling pin roll it to a 5 mm thickness. ( i used chappathi roll )</li>

<li>Now cut into desired shape and put a hole in the middle.</li>
<li>Arrange the biscuits in the baking tray.</li>
<li>Put the jam into the hole.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven to 180 degree&nbsp;Celsius and bake it&nbsp;for 15 min or till the corner becomes brown .</li>
<li>Remove from the tray and cool it and store it in an airtight container.</li>
</ul>

<li>Mix all the ingredients.</li>
<li>Can be saved in fridge for 3 to 4 days and used again later.</li>

<p><b>For Rolls</b></p>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>In large pan, add the all purpose flour, mix the yeast, sugar and salt well.</li>
<li>Now add the butter and&nbsp;add the Milk, little by little and if needed, add the water little by little to make smooth soft dough.</li>
<li>Add oil, and knead the dough nicely until, it becomes soft.</li>
<li>Cover the dough with a wet cloth and leave it for 1 to 2 hrs or until it doubles in its size.</li>
<li>Now beat down the dough so that the air in dough goes off.</li>
<li>Divide the dough in to four equal parts and spread it with the garlic spread.</li>
<li>Now roll the dough and leave it for another 30 min in the baking pan.</li>
<li>Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree celcius.</li>
<li>Place the rolls in the oven and bake it for 20 to 25 min until, the aroma of garlic spread can be smelt.</li>
<li>Hot and Soft Garlic rolls are ready to be served.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Ingredients</b></p>

<li>All purpose flour &#8211; 2 cups (nearly 250 gms)</li>
<li>Instant active dry Yeast &#8211; 1 sachet (11 gms)</li>
<li>Salt &#8211; 1/2 tsp (can be adjusted as per taste)</li>
<li>Lukewarm Water &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Olive Oil &#8211; 2 tsp ( but i used sunflower oil only)</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Pizza Topping</b></p>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Pineapple &#8211; 1/2 cup (cut into small pieces)</li>
<li>Capsicum (green, yellow, red) &#8211; 1 each &nbsp;(cut little lengthwise)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Mushroom &#8211; 1/2 cup</li>
<li>Tomato &#8211; 1 (cut into small pieces)</li>
<li>Green Chilli &#8211; 1 (cut into very fine pieces) (optional)</li>
<li>Mozzerella Cheese &#8211; 1/2 cup</li>
<li>Ordinary Cheese slices &#8211; 5</li>
<li>Maggi Tomato Sauce &#8211; as per taste</li>
<li>Maggi Tomato Hot and Sweet Chilli Sauce &#8211; as per taste</li>
<li>Tomato Paste &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
<li>Oil &#8211; 1/2 tsp</li>
</ul>

<p><b><br /></b><br /><b>Method</b></p>

<li>In a big vessel, add the flour, yeast, salt, water and mix well to make the dough.</li>
<li>Now add the oil to it and make it a smooth dough.</li>
<li>Now close it with a light wet cloth and keep it in a warm place. (i used the oven by keeping it in 100 C for 10 min and switched off and kept the dough inside for 2 hrs. You can keep in ordinary place also)</li>

<li>After 1.30 min, the size of dough would be doubled.</li>
<li>Punch the dough down to make again to normal dough and make to 2 equal parts.</li>
<li>Again close with cloth and keep for another 30 min.</li>
<li>Now using chappathi roll, make the dough to a round shape.</li>

<li>Preheat the oven to 160 degree celcius.</li>
<li>With 1/4tsp oil, slightly rub the top surface of the pizza.</li>
<li>After that, pour 1 tsp o tomato paste on the oiled surface and again rub smoothly on the surface.</li>

<li>Now add the cheese slices (in small pieces), pineapple pieces, green chilli pieces, capsicum pieces, Hot and Sweet Chilli sauce, Mushroom, Tomato pieces, Tomato sauce and the mozerralla cheese on top finally.</li>
