I had some leftover carrot after doing the carrot -peas pulav and with that carrot and cauliflower i prepared the raitha for pulav’s side dish.
- Curd/Yogurt – 1.5 cup
- Carrot (grated) – 1/2 cup
- Cauliflower – 1/2 cup (Finely chopped)
- Coriander – 1/4 cup(finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 3 (chopped finely)
- Salt – as needed
- Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve it as a side dish.
