soak in water for about 8 to 10 minutes. Here I have taken the smaller variety which I used to get it here. If you get the bigger variety, then soak it for about 15 to 20 minutes to make it softer.

How to make Soya Chunks Masala

Soya chunks or the meal maker are my kids favorite (even mine) and they love it when I do this Soya Chunks Fry. But this soya chunks masala I tasted in one of the Indian food court here and I liked the taste. So tried to my best to get the same taste. But I added fenugreek leaves to this masala, as I like to add in the North Indian Curries. I had it with Paneer Pulao as mentioned in my last post.

I always love the cutlet. Kids will definitely love this kind of cutlet, with different shapes. It is a perfect party snack, and easy to prepare too. Here I have deep fried the cutlets, and you can make it shallow fry it in a tawa itself. Both tasts awesome with simple tomato sauce.
