- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Maida flour – 1/4 cup
- Oil for frying
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 2 pinch
- Mix the flour with 1 tsp oil and half cup of water and prepare dough by kneading properly.
- Prepare dough by kneading properly.
- Make small balls out of the dough and roll them out as poori’s.
- Heat the frying pan with sufficient quantity of oil.
- Deep fry the poori’s till they become light brown.
- Serve the poori’s with potato masala
