<div><i><b><span style="color: #990000;">Kollu thuvayal</span></b></i> or <span style="color: #990000;"><b><i>kollu paruppu</i></b></span> is my mil&#8217;s signature recipe. She prepared this last week and I clicked the snaps. This kollu thuvayal can be eaten by mixing with rice and ghee or oil. With the kollu water, I prepared the <a href="http://www.akilaskitchen.com/2013/06/how-to-make-horsegram-rasam-soup-kollu.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">kollu rasam</a> which I already posted. There are so many health benefits of kollu and it is very useful in weight loss. Also I already <a href="http://www.akilaskitchen.com/2013/06/how-to-make-horsegram-rasam-soup-kollu.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><b><i>Kollu rasam</i></b></a> and <a href="http://www.akilaskitchen.com/2013/07/horse-gram-sundal-kollu-sundal-sundal.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><b><i>Kollu sundal</i></b></a>. My MIL says there is another version also in this, which we will see later.  Now we will see this simple version <i>kollu thuvayal</i>.<br /><br /></div>
