<li>Salt &#8211; to wash the prawns</li>

<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Wash the prawns well in salt.</li>
<li>In&nbsp; pan, add the prawns, and start frying adding the turmeric powder.</li>
<li>The prawns starts to curl. (Do not add any water).</li>
<li>When all the prawns gets curly shape, switch off and allow to cool.</li>
<li>Now add the Tikka masala, lemon juice, Ginger Garlic paste and butter and mix well, such that, all prawns are well coated with masala.</li>
</ul>

<li>Now preheat the oven to 200 C and arrange the prawns as shown in picture and allow to cook for 15 to 20 min.</li>

<li>Tikka Masala – 2 tsp (according to taste – for more spicy add 1 more tsp)</li>
<li>Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp</li>
<li>Lemon Juice – 2 tsp</li>
<li>Butter/ghee – 1 tsp (for brushing the chicken)</li>
<li>Onion and tomato slices for garnishing.</li>

<p><b>Method</b></p>

<li>Wash the boneless chicken pieces nicely with salt. (So that the smell goes off)</li>
<li>Marinate the chicken pieces with tikka &nbsp;masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice for 2 hrs or 1 hr in fridge.&nbsp;</li>
<li>After 2 hrs, slightly brush the chicken pieces with butter and keep in preheated oven of 250 C for 20 min.</li>
<li>While 10 min over, take out the chic pieces, brush with butter again and keep inside the oven.</li>
<li>Garnish with Onion, tomato and serve hot.</li>

<p><b>Ingredients</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Paneer cubes &#8211; 1 cup</li>
<li>Onion &#8211; 1 sliced into big pieces</li>
<li>Tomato &#8211; 1 sliced into big pieces</li>
<li>Red bell pepper &#8211; cut into cubes</li>
<li>Green bell pepper &#8211; cut into cubes</li>
<li>Tikka masala &#8211; 5 tsp</li>
<li>Ginger garlic paste &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li>Lemon Juice &#8211; 5 tsp</li>
<li>Butter &#8211; 2 tsp</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Method</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Mix all the ingredients except butter in a bowl and leave it to marinate for 2 hrs outside and 1hr in fridge.</li>
<li>Spread the marinated paneer and veggies in the plate.</li>
<li>Sprinkle the butter over the veggies and paneer.</li>
<li>Toast for 20 min in the preheated oven in 200 C.</li>
<li>When is is 10 min over, remove the plate and with a wooden spatula, just mix the pieces once again.</li>
<li>Again brush the veggies and paneer with butter and keep it inside the oven.</li>
<li>When done, transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot.</li>
