When I first tried apricot milkshake, I was in doubt whether, it will be good. But to my surprise everybody in my family loved the taste. It has so many health benefits like good in fibre, good for digestion, prevents constipation, high concentration of vitamins and nutrients, promotes weight loss, etc. Since I did not find a fresh apricot, I tried with milkshake with dried apricots. Lets see the procedure now.

How to make Dried Apricot Milkshake
Soaking time: 3 – 4 hrs | Prepartion time: 10 mins | Serves: 3
Dried apricots : 13 to 15
Cold Milk – 4 cups
Hot water – 1 cup
Vanilla icecream – 2 scoops (optional)
Honey/Sugar- 4 tsp (or according to taste)
Wash the apricots nicely.
Soak the dried apricots in hot water for 3 to 4 hrs.
Now remove the water and add it in the food processor along 1 cup of milk first.
Grind to a smooth paste.
Add the remaining milk and sugar. (If you like to add icecream, add at this stage).
Grind again and serve in glasses.
Serve the yummy and delicious Milkshake
