- Mangoes – 2 ripe
- Sugar – 1 cup (adjust according to sweetness of mango)
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Grind the mangoes and make a paste.
- In a big pan add the mango paste, sugar and keep on stirring it, till it becomes thick.
- Now add the lemon juice and stir for 5 min.
- Allow it to cool and store in a airtight container.
- Use dry spoon in future.
