<div>
<div> </div>
<div style="clear: both;">After a months gap, I am back again with the easy and healthy <b><i><span style="color: #990000;">Banana kuzhipaniyaram</span></i></b> recipe. This I tried on my own, with some trial and error methods and with the left over banana. First 2 times, it was bit chewy as the water was more and does not come out correctly.. Third time, with my mom&#8217;s help, tried and it came out good. Every one enjoyed it. Do try with <b><i><span style="color: #990000;">banana kuzhipaniyaram</span></i></b> and let me know how it turned out for you.</div>

<div style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-I-DXhU3e9jo/VCjIT9zmkCI/AAAAAAAAd-Q/k61_e5agII8/s1600/banana-kuzhi-paniyaram-food-2.jpg"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-I-DXhU3e9jo/VCjIT9zmkCI/AAAAAAAAd-Q/k61_e5agII8/s1600/banana-kuzhi-paniyaram-food-2.jpg" alt="banana kuzhipaniyaram" width="237" height="320" border="0" /></a></div>
<h3>Method to prepare the Banana Kuzhipaniyaram</h3>
<p>1. Smash the ripe banana with a spatula and add all the ingredients mentioned above except oil and water. Add water slowly and mix slowly.</p>
</div>
</div>
<p><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Bpu3pzsKhSc/U_hPTzGKOwI/AAAAAAAAceg/bcL6EvQxtPs/s1600/_MG_5128.JPG"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Bpu3pzsKhSc/U_hPTzGKOwI/AAAAAAAAceg/bcL6EvQxtPs/s1600/_MG_5128.JPG" width="320" height="213" border="0" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-f4t15aS6Gfk/U_hPULXN1pI/AAAAAAAAceY/XqssB5sR_LI/s1600/_MG_5129.JPG"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-f4t15aS6Gfk/U_hPULXN1pI/AAAAAAAAceY/XqssB5sR_LI/s1600/_MG_5129.JPG" width="320" height="213" border="0" /></a></p>
<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">
<div>
<p>2. Make a thick paste. (Bit thicker than idli batter). Grease the paniyaram pan moulds, with the oil and heat it. Add the batter using a tbsp to the pan, cover and cook in medium flame.</p>
</div>
</div>
<p><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2xrx-OeaKhc/U_hPRurfqEI/AAAAAAAAceE/Sq9Q1_d1G70/s1600/banana%2Bkuzhipaniyaram%2B-%2B01.JPG"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2xrx-OeaKhc/U_hPRurfqEI/AAAAAAAAceE/Sq9Q1_d1G70/s1600/banana%2Bkuzhipaniyaram%2B-%2B01.JPG" width="320" height="214" border="0" /></a></p>
<p><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-wWUryxF4FiA/U_hPS-5p_5I/AAAAAAAAceM/ibfimcnaABI/s1600/banana%2Bkuzhipaniyaram%2B-%2B03.JPG"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-wWUryxF4FiA/U_hPS-5p_5I/AAAAAAAAceM/ibfimcnaABI/s1600/banana%2Bkuzhipaniyaram%2B-%2B03.JPG" width="320" height="214" border="0" /></a></p>
<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">
<div>
<h4>Cook the paniyaram</h4>
<p>3. After 3 min, check one paniyaram, whether you can turn it. If you can turn, turn, each paniyarams, upside down with the help of a stick or a spoon.</p>
<p><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-KQuetnC2peU/U_hPUWqfoYI/AAAAAAAAceU/7Rm6XE3wCDs/s1600/banana%2Bkuzhipaniyaram%2B-%2B05.JPG"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-KQuetnC2peU/U_hPUWqfoYI/AAAAAAAAceU/7Rm6XE3wCDs/s1600/banana%2Bkuzhipaniyaram%2B-%2B05.JPG" width="320" height="214" border="0" /></a></p>
</div>
<p><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-tQagYmVhNaU/U_hPVNqPAeI/AAAAAAAAces/bylzISe9p4k/s1600/banana%2Bkuzhipaniyaram%2B-%2B06.JPG"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-tQagYmVhNaU/U_hPVNqPAeI/AAAAAAAAces/bylzISe9p4k/s1600/banana%2Bkuzhipaniyaram%2B-%2B06.JPG" width="320" height="214" border="0" /></a></p>
<div>
<p>4.  Again cook it for another 2 &#8211; 3 min on that side also. If needed, you can add drop of oil to the moulds. Check whether they are cooked, by inserting a toothpick, and it comes out clean. Remove the Paniyarams from the moulds and serve it hot.</p>
</div>
</div>

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;">
<div>
<p>5. Since it is sweet paniyaram, we had it just like that without any side dish.</p>
<p> </p>

<div style="text-align: center;"><b>Yummy yummy banana kuzhipaniyaram is ready to be eaten</b></div>
<div> </div>
<div style="text-align: left;"><b>Notes:</b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">1. You can do this paniyaram with solely wheat flour or the apf itself. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">2. Add the jaggery according to the sweetness of the banana. If you want you can replace palm jaggery also.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">3. Add water, little by little, until the batter comes to thick consistency.

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Banana Halwa</strong> is a tasty dessert which can be easily prepared with just three main ingredients &#8211; Banana, sugar and ghee. In this Banana halwa i have added corn flour also to give the halwa a very glossy texture. But adding corn flour is purely optional and is not added in the tradiona recipe of preparing the banana halwa.</p>
<p>Mainly, banana halwa is prepared with a type of banana called Nendram banana. This Nendram banana halwa is authentic to Kerala cuisine and is very famous in kerala. But today I prepared with poovam banana or poovan type banana as i had lot of this type of banana at home.</p>
<p>Though preparing this halwa is time consuming, the end result is awesome. So friends do try this Halwa and let menknow how it has turned out for you.</p>

<p>Here i dont have that much patience, and so i served to serve it hot.</p>
<p>Tasty and delicious <strong>Banana Halwa</strong> is ready.</p>
<h6>Notes</h6>
<p>1. *First add 1/2 cup sugar and check for sweetness. If it suits your taste, then no need to add the other 1/2 cup. Try adjusting according to your tastebuds.</p>
<p>2. Also sugar can be replaced with palm sugar, jaggery, karupatti etc.</p>
<p>3. Since I didnt get, Nendram pazham, I tried the halwa with poovam pazham. You can try with other variety of bananas also.</p>
<p>4. You can add little cardamom powder or banana essence to give it more flavour.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>This <strong>Eggless Banana Pancake Using Wheat Flour Recipe</strong> is very easy to make and healthy too. We do not add any eggs but still this eggless banana pancake using wheat flour turns out to a soft and fluffy pancake. It can be easily made in morning hurry burry and also can be packed for kids lunch box or given as a tea time snack also.</p>
<p>If you want to make a healthier version of this <strong>eggless banana pancake using wheat flour</strong>, you can replace the white sugar with palm sugar or jaggery or even can make without these, if you have a sweet banana. In either way, these pancakes remains soft, tasty and fluffy.</p>
<p>You can also make these pancakes without baking soda or baking powder, but it wont come as fluffy as this. You can call those as banana dosa only. So I prefer adding the baking powder and baking soda.</p>

<h6></h6>
<h6>Notes</h6>
<ol>
<li>Cardamom powder and cinnamon powder are optional only, but gives a nice flavor, when added. You can also add a 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence.</li>
<li>For a healthier version of this banana pancake, replace white sugar with jaggery or palm sugar or even naatu sakkarai.</li>
<li>Since we add baking powder and baking soda, i advice not to give to small kids.</li>

<div></div>
<div><b>Notes:</b></div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Sugar quantity can be adjusted to its need. As my banana is sweeter, the sugar quantity I mentioned above it enough for our taste buds.</li>
<li>Since my kids want the cake immediately, I made it to cool faster by placing the baking tray on a plate full of cold water. So it got cooled withing 5 min.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
