<p><strong>Kothavarangai Poriyal | Cluster beans stir fry recipe</strong> with easy step-by-step instructions and a video recipe for your easy understanding and learning.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" width="534" height="800" src="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-2.jpg" alt="Kothavarangai Poriyal cluster beans stir fry" class="wp-image-2618" srcset="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-2.jpg 534w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-2-334x500.jpg 334w" sizes="(max-width: 534px) 100vw, 534px" /></figure>

<p></p>

<p>This <strong>Kothavarangai Poriyal | cluster beans stir fry recipe</strong> is different from normal stir fry recipes and I can say that your kids definitely love this stir fry. but if you&#8217;re allergic to peanuts then please avoid them and go with adding coconut alone. If you add only coconut then also this cluster bean stir fry recipe tastes equally good. But the crunchiness of the peanuts absent.</p>

<p>This <strong>Kothavarangai Poriyal | cluster beans stir fry recipe</strong> becomes a good accompaniment for any kind of main dish like Sambar rice, rasam rice or even with chappathi or dosa. My kids who doesn&#8217;t eat the peanuts normally also loved this recipe because of the peanut powder and they enjoyed the recipe well.</p>

<p></p>

<p>Add the crushed garlic and the red chili and again fry for about 2 minutes.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="500" height="500" src="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-04.jpg" alt="Kothavarangai Poriyal cluster beans stir fry" class="wp-image-2623" srcset="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-04.jpg 500w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-04-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-04-100x100.jpg 100w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></figure>

<p>Onions are now added and saute them really well until it turns translucent.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="500" height="500" src="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-03.jpg" alt="Kothavarangai Poriyal cluster beans stir fry" class="wp-image-2633" srcset="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-03.jpg 500w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-03-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-03-100x100.jpg 100w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></figure>

<p></p>

<p>Now add the chopped cluster beans and saute for a while.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="500" height="500" src="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-17.jpg" alt="Kothavarangai Poriyal cluster beans stir fry" class="wp-image-2628" srcset="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-17.jpg 500w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-17-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-17-100x100.jpg 100w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></figure>

<p>Add the chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and the required amount of salt and give a nice mix so that they are coated well.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="500" height="500" src="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-02.jpg" alt="Kothavarangai Poriyal cluster beans stir fry" class="wp-image-2635" srcset="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-02.jpg 500w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-02-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-02-100x100.jpg 100w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></figure>

<p>The cluster beans need to be well cooked now and so add the required amount of water</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="500" height="500" src="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-01.jpg" alt="Kothavarangai Poriyal cluster beans stir fry" class="wp-image-2629" srcset="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-01.jpg 500w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-01-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-01-100x100.jpg 100w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></figure>

<p></p>

<p>cover and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the beans are fully cooked.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="500" height="500" src="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-15.jpg" alt="Kothavarangai Poriyal cluster beans stir fry" class="wp-image-2624" srcset="https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-15.jpg 500w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-15-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.akilaskitchen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kothavarangai-Poriyal-cluster-beans-stir-fry-15-100x100.jpg 100w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></figure>

<p>Cook the beans in medium flame and open the lid and mix it now and then so that it doesn&#8217;t stick to the bottom. Once the beans are well cooked, remove the lid and let all the water dry out completely before adding the peanut powder. This is done because once the peanut powder is added then it becomes like a paste and mushy. In order to avoid that the water need to be completely dryout.</p>

<h6 class="wp-block-heading">Notes</h6>

<p>Once the peanut powder is added, keep the flame to low and mix, as it may stick to bottom.</p>

<p>You can increase or decrease the amount of chilli powder as per your spice level.</p>

<p>Try to use gingelly oil or coconut oil for this recipe, as it gives rich taste.</p>

<p>If you are allergic to peanuts, you can skip and add coconut alone.</p>

Everyone in my family loved it a lot and it was a great hit in our family and my kids even asked one more time. I was so happy I tried this finally. This is easy and simple recipe and you can do it in any kind of beans. Lets see how to make this yummy and healthy <span style="color: #990000;">Beans Paruppu Usili Recipe</span>.</span></p>

<p><i><span style="color: #990000;">Spicy Potato Roast / Urulai Varuval / Aloo Roast</span></i> is one of the dish, which I never say no. I love anything and everything made up of potatoes. This roast is the one which I used to make it often but somehow could not click pictures and post it. This is really a spicy dish if you follow the same measurements but I feel when taken with any rasam sadam or curd rice, the spiciness is still ok. &nbsp; If you want less spicy reduce the measurement as per ur taste buds. Now to the recipe of <b>Spicy Potato Roast / Aloo Roast / Urulai Varuval.</b></div>
