HI -I tried making these today but somehow the batter turned out wetter than the one shown in your photo ,would it be ok to increase the flour quantity to get this kind of texture

Arjunan Akilandeswari

Hi Anuradha Menon, yes you can add flour. Add it little by little to get the correct consistency. Also chk if the sweetness is correct for your family after adding flour. Thanks for trying the recipe.

Hi I was looking for eggless peanut butter cookies and end up here . I need a small clarification. It shows 200 gms of butter which is nothing but close to 1 cup or 2 sticks of butter we get here in US .
Is that right do we need 1 cup butter for 1.5 cups of flour ?

Arjunan Akilandeswari

Hi Sandanalakshmy, actually I measured the flour in a bigger cup compared to the peanut butter cup. Will update the cup size soon in the post. You increase either the flour by adding little by little, until you get the consistency shown in the picture. Let me know how it turned our. 😊
